Novel Insights into the Antimicrobial Resistance and Strategies to Curb the Menace

Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is a growing concern in healthcare, causing potential public health crises. This review article explores factors contributing to AMR, such as overuse and misuse of antibiotics, and suggests interventions like one health approach, antibiotic stewardship protocols, and artificial intelligence in drug design. It also explores the benefits of traditional ethnic medicinal practices in therapy. A comprehensive and strategic plan is needed to mitigate AMR and protect human and animal populations.
